Sargon has today confirmed its appointment as trustee for Suncorp Group Limited’s (ASX:SUN) (Suncorp) successful Capital Notes 3 offer, with A$389 million in unsecured notes issued on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
As the trustee for the notes offer, Sargon is appointed under the Corporations Act to act on behalf of holders.
Sargon’s Head of Corporate Trust, Yvonne Kelaher welcomed the opportunity to act as trustee for the Suncorp notes offer.
“Sargon has considerable experience in acting as trustee for debt securities. Our note services include acting as trustee for retail and wholesale note issues such as secured or unsecured notes, convertible notes and hybrids,” Kelaher said.
Sargon provides a full range of trustee and agency services to the debt capital markets, including securitisation, syndicated loans and other debt financing.
