Sargon has confirmed its appointment as trustee for Virgin Australia Holdings’ (ASX: VAH)(Virgin Australia) successful notes offer, with A$325 million in unsecured notes issued on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
The notes offer forms part of Virgin Australia’s funding strategy in connection with its acquisition of 100% ownership of the Velocity loyalty program.
As the trustee for the notes offer, Sargon is appointed under the Corporations Act to act on behalf of holders.
